The Century is a historic renovation project located in the elegant Meridian Hill neighborhood. Our goal was to preserve the timeless elegance of the building while also modernizing it for contemporary living. The interior design pays homage to the rich history of the building while seamlessly blending it with a modern aesthetic. to that end, We incorporated a bright palette with crisp whites and timeless pops of navy, black and brass. 

The use of blues and greens creates a soothing atmosphere, while the brass accents add a touch of luxury and sophistication. These colors come together to create a look that is both fresh and timeless, reflecting the unique character of the building and its surrounding neighborhood.

Throughout the renovation, great care was taken to maintain the original details of the art deco architecture, such as the curved lines, geometric patterns and sleek metal accents. These elements have been tastefully integrated into the design, providing a connection to the building's past and adding to its overall appeal.

The result is a space that is both functional and beautiful, perfect for modern living. The Century is a true testament to the timeless appeal of historic architecture and the value of preserving it for future generations. Featuring a fitness center, pet spa, and airy rooftop lounge (with a full kitchen!) we were thrilled to help restore this jewel to its former glory.
